We utilize the Heartshaper curriculum. Start kids on a journey of faith that lasts a lifetime! This Bible centered curriculum helps kids build relationship with God and takes kids through the entire Bible at least 5 times before 6th grade.
Children’s Church
Every Sunday during the morning worship service
Younger children head to their worship service after the Children’s Sermon. There they interact with a Bible story, respond to the message in age appropriate ways, and create a craft.
Confirmation
Springtime
Retreat, weekly meetings, and a special Sunday
5th-8th grades

For us at FUMC, confirmation is a time to learn more about our particular way of living out our Christian faith. It is a time for children to learn how to become leaders in our congregation and to step into the fullness of our membership vows. It is a time to be baptized for those who have not been already, and it is a time to remember their baptism for those who have. Overall, it is a special time in our faith journey where we grow deeper in our relationship with God.
